Josh Bock leads Pre-Sales and Customer Satisfaction at ElectrifAi, where his goal is to provide clarity to clients on how practical AI solutions will address the demands of their business, and then ensure that the intended benefits are realized. He collaborates with colleagues across ElectrifAi to ensure that clients receive consistent information and market-driven services.
Josh has over 15 years of experience in technology pre-sales and delivery roles. Most recently, he was a pre-sales Director at athenahealth, where he sold a unique offering of SaaS blended with managed services to healthcare provider organizations. Josh developed many pre-sales operational processes at athena, and built a new organization focused on virtual delivery of pre-sales functions for high-velocity, high-volume market segments.
Previously, Josh spent over a decade in IBM's middleware business, holding numerous pre-sales leadership roles after beginning his career in professional services. He lead teams through the company's shifts from on-premise to hybrid cloud and cloud-native SaaS offerings, and to industry-focused selling. Josh and his teams partnered with Fortune 500 clients to understand their businesses and ensure that they were achieving positive outcomes from their investments in IBM software and services.
Josh received his BS in Computer Engineering from Union College, and his MS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
